Is this the worst tool Klein ever made?

This video tests the Klein Tools L1412 on 14/2 NM cable, followed by a retest with stiffer 12-gauge wire. I use it to slit and trim the NM cable jacket, strip the individual conductors, make terminal loops, and twist a winged wire nut. I also inspect the cable and copper for damage to find out whether this little tool earns a spot in my electrical bag.
